SMS Terms & Conditions

Effective date: July 20, 2026 · CSM Integrated Solutions LLC ("CSM Integrated Solutions," "we," "us," or "our"), doing business as OwnerAI.

These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text messaging program operated by CSM Integrated Solutions LLC in connection with OwnerAI ("OwnerAI Communication"). Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle information collected through this program. Website use is also subject to our Terms of Use.

1. Program Description

When you opt in, we may send you text messages related to our services, including:

Appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling updates;
Responses to your inquiries and requested information (e.g., links, addresses, or booking pages sent during or after a call);
Follow-ups related to a call you placed to us or to a business we answer for;
Sample demo messages you expressly request during a demo call (e.g., an example of the lead-alert text a business owner would receive);
Conversations you start by texting our number, including booking requests and product questions answered by our AI receptionist;
Customer care and account notifications.

This is a conversational, transactional program. We do not send recurring marketing or promotional campaigns through this program.

2. Opt-In

You consent to receive text messages when you: (a) provide your mobile number and expressly request or agree to receive texts during a phone call with us or with an AI receptionist we operate; (b) submit your number through the callback form on our website at owneraitools.com and check the unchecked consent box agreeing to be contacted by text; (c) text us first; or (d) subscribe to OwnerAI as an account holder and give express written consent during service onboarding to receive account notifications such as lead alerts, appointment confirmations, and service-status notices. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us (for example, one confirmation and one reminder per appointment). No recurring marketing message schedule applies unless separately disclosed and agreed to.

4. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Contact your carrier for details.

5. Opt-Out

Reply STOP to cancel. Text STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent. Reply START to re-subscribe at any time.

6. Help & Support

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at info@owneraitools.com or (516) 973-1973. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

7. Privacy

Information collected through the SMS program is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties.

8. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include all major U.S. carriers; service may not be available on all networks.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
